I have served on management teams as an analyst to understand the trends and challenges to proactively offer innovative strategies and solutions to support clients’ initiatives.

I enjoy streamlining and elevating the processes and efficiencies for my company and clients. I am a strong proponent for and live by my mantra “work smarter and not harder!” Throughout my career, I have analyzed and created solutions to assist management teams and Human Resources departments develop processes that significantly streamlined their workflows. I have also developed and implemented benefit and wellness programs within the organizations. These solutions have included strategic, technological, and operational changes for the betterment of the company, staff, and clients.

I love my career. I enjoy teaching and empowering people about their employee benefits program. Every day I get to help employees understand how to manage their money and health by providing them with tools necessary to ask questions and gain a better understanding of their insurance benefits. It doesn’t matter your role in the company, you will receive the same level of commitment and service from me. I always handle every situation with care and great customer service.

I have a degree in Political Science and Marketing. I have a certification as a Corporate Wellness Coach, and hold a license for Health, Life and Disability Insurance.

I am a lifelong learner. I enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures around the world. Traveling helps me to better understand people and processes.
