Tami Eggimann joined GBS on December 1, 2019 as a Senior Account Manager. Prior to coming here, Tami spent 5+ years managing a book of business at Arnett Insurance Services, working directly with both small and large employers.
Tami has over 30 years of experience working in the healthcare and insurance industry. Tami has worked for some of the top insurance companies including United Healthcare and Humana.
Her extensive experience in Sales, Account Management and Service provides GBS clients an extra level of confidence when making decisions regarding their employee benefits.
Tami is a licensed producer in Life, Accident and Health as well as a certified self-funded specialist.
Tami Eggimann joined GBS as a Senior Account Manager in 2014. Prior to this, Tami has worked in both Sales and Account Management roles on the carrier side, including 8 years with UnitedHealthcare in a National Accounts. Tami’s experience on the carrier side helps her understand the internal roadblocks that can be useful when overseeing the implementation process as well as navigating any service issues that may arise.
Tami assists clients with benefit strategies, implementing new plans or changes as well as assisting with the open enrollment strategy that will be the most impactful for the employee population. In addition, Tami works closely with the sales consultants, analytics team, and compliance to ensure her clients thoroughly informed to make the best decisions for their employee population.
