Parker LeCates joined GBS benefits and the Leavitt Group in 2011. Parker started part-time on the sales team while going to school. Parker’s primary role is to find and put together the best employee benefits packages to help his clients attract and retain talent. He meets with clients to discuss their goals, present innovative solutions, and financial levers to utilize in obtaining the best pricing.
