Marcie Gentry

Marcie brings 25 years of insurance industry expertise and experience. She joined the GBS Benefits team as a Senior Account Manager in 1994. Prior to GBS Benefits, Marcie was a Benefits Administrator with APA Benefits.

She is known for her dedication to her clients and is proactive in helping them understand their benefits, answering enrollment questions, and resolving claims and billing issues.

Additionally, Marcie works closely with her clients to design their communication strategies for member education for both open enrollment and new hires throughout the year.

Marcie received her Associates degree from Weber State University and is licensed in Health, Life and Disability Insurance.

Marcie brings 30 years of insurance industry expertise and experience. She joined the GBS Benefits team as a Senior Account Manager in 1994. Marcie specializes in working with public employers, including school districts, municipalities as well as large key accounts. 

Marcie works closely with your GBS Consultant Team in designing benefits that are best suited to each client.  She is proactive in supporting her clients with open enrollment planning, communication strategies, compliance and employee engagement.

Marcie also supports her clients with day-to-day issues that may arise including, claims issues, billing errors or enrollment problems.

Marcie received her Associates Degree from Weber State University and is licensed in Health, Life and Disability Insurance.
