Lacey has 14 years of industry experience and has been an Account Manager with GBS since 2015. She is licensed in accident, life, and health. Lacey is also a proud recipient of the Leavitt CSR award. In her current role, she focuses on benefits education, carrier coordination, and claims and client support. Lacey’s current book of business has clients that vary in size and location; she values hard work, analytical thinking and building strong relationships with her clients.
