With 24 years in the benefits industry, Kristi has vast experience in both insurance and human resources. Prior to joining GBS Benefits, she worked with The University of Utah Human Resources, SelectHealth and other broker agencies, supporting many large group accounts. She is licensed in Health and Life Insurance and has experience supporting up to 100+ groups at a time, including both fully insured and self-funded groups.
Kristi manages a block of over 150 client accounts, specializing in small groups. Her focus is maintaining strong clients’ relationships, resolving daily issues and questions, and educating employers and employees on their benefits.
