As an Account Executive at GBS since 2022, Koner John Bills partners with employers to design employee benefits strategies that align with their financial goals, business objectives, and employee well-being. He approaches every client relationship as a consultant and trusted partner, helping navigate the complexities of carriers, funding arrangements, pharmacy benefit managers, TPAs, PEOs, and plan designs.
Koner is driven by a simple but powerful principle: service. He believes the best outcomes, for both his clients and himself, come when he focuses entirely on being useful to others. That client-first mindset has shaped his career and fuels his passion for problem-solving in the benefits space.
Outside of work, Koner is inspired by nature. He keeps a thriving collection of plants, aquariums with diverse fish species, and a very opinionated conure at home.
