Kirsten began her career in the benefit industry in 2002. Prior to assuming her current role as a Client Manager at GBS Benefits in 2012, she was employed with EMI Health and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield. Kirsten manages a block of over 80 client accounts, specializing in employer groups with 2 to 50 employees. Her primary focus revolves around maintaining strong client relationships, addressing daily inquiries and challenges, and providing benefits education to employees.
