Jeff Kluge

Jeff Kluge is an Employee Benefits Consultant and entrepreneur. He grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and obtained his undergraduate degree in Management and Finance, and an MBA. Jeff visited Salt Lake City during the Olympics, and after meeting many wonderful people and enjoying the beauty Utah has to offer, he permanently moved to Utah in 2002. As an owner of GBS Benefits, Inc, in Salt Lake City, Jeff offers unmatched expertise in negotiating, strategic planning, problem solving, analytics, and mergers and acquisitions.  He very much believes in proactive and well-organized solutions, rather than fighting fires.  With Jeff, you will have the confidence that your plans are in the best possible place.

Jeff has earned the “Chairman’s Circle Award,” nearly every year since he started with Leavitt Group, which recognizes the top ten insurance agents within Leavitt Group’s 125+ offices across the country. He was the top insurance broker in the organization for 2011 and 2018, earning the “Bert J. Leavitt Producer of the Year” award.

Jeff was also named a 2014 “40 Under 40 Broker” by Business Insurance, a national insurance publication. The program recognizes standout performers with the best and brightest talent, demonstrating industry excellence, leadership attributes, client service skills, and expertise among retail insurance brokers under age 40.  In addition, Jeff was also named 2015 “40 Under 40” by Utah Business.
