Licensed in health and life insurance, Ingrid has worked in the healthcare industry for over 5 years.  Her earliest experience began with her role in member services on the carrier side, assisting large employer groups.  Ingrid joined GBS Benefits in 2022, initially providing support to the account management team.  With a B.S. in Business Administration and a certificate in employee benefits from the Hartford School of Insurance, her strong foundation quickly afforded her current position as an Account Manager.  Ingrid’s focus is on delivering tailored benefits solutions and exceptional client support in the ever-evolving health insurance landscape.
