Heidi joined GBS Nevada in 2020, bringing over 20 years of industry experience. Much of her career has been spent in Account Management, skillfully supporting her clients and providing timely resolutions. Heidi spent 2 years working with a benefits administration platform as a Regional Renewal and Implementation Consultant for a global insurance and risk management firm, allowing her to better understand the administrative needs of her clients and respond with effective solutions. She is licensed in Health, Life, and Disability and is designated as a Group Benefits Disability Specialist.
