Haley Haldeman joined GBS Benefits as an employee benefits broker in 2024. Prior to insurance, Haley served as a PEO extraction specialist, SHRM enterprise business consultant, and ADP senior accountant centric. After 15 years of working alongside HR and Finance leaders to design and implement custom people-first strategies, this is her zone of expertise.
Haley’s primary role is to ensure her clients obtain the right fit, at the best value for the health plans offered to her client’s valued members. She consults to ensure impactful benefit design and proactively introduces innovative strategies.
