Gavin Lancaster joined GBS benefits as an Account Manager in 2023. Gavin’s primary role is to educate and assist HR managers and directors in enrolling employees and explaining the fine print of each benefit plan provided to them. Before joining the GBS team, Gavin was a roughneck on an Oil Rig and was enrolled in college at the University of Oklahoma. He is licensed in Health, Life, and Disability Insurance. Gavin enjoys watching hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
