Florence has been in the health industry for almost 30 years. She joined GBS Benefits in 2012 as an Account Manager.
Prior to joining GBS she worked as an Account Executive with Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah for 20 years. She spent her time at BCBS working with employer groups to assist with product design and renewal negotiations.
During her time with BCBS, she also sold Individual Products, Medicare Supplements, Conversion, and HIP. She prides herself on building relationships with her client, with a strong emphasis on Customer Service.
Florence’s varied experience at GBS and Regence has been with both small and large employer groups, fully insured,and self-funded arrangements of medical, dental, and ancillary products. This allows her to provide her clients with significant insight. Florence is licensed in Health, Life, and Disability Insurance.
