Donnette joined the GBS Team in 2021 after retiring from Granite School District, as the Assistant to the Superintendent, Human Resources. Donnette was responsible for the Granite School District benefits program design and implementation for over 11,500 members. Donnette opened the first school district medical clinic in the state of Utah. She understands the enhanced fiscal responsibility of working with government funding.
Additionally, Donnette has a wealth of knowledge in all things HR; FMLA, STD, LTD, ACA, employee benefits, Workers’ Compensation, unemployment, recruiting and retention, employee discipline, fitness for duty, URS, etc. She acts as a sounding board to assist our clients in reaching solutions to complex employee issues. Donnette earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Weber State University and a Master of Science in Education/Administration from Utah State University. Donnette is licensed in Accident, Health, and Life.
