Carol-Anne joined GBS in 2018 as part of our Advanced Analytics team. In 2020, she moved to her current position as Strategic Benefits Analyst to work directly with clients to provide strategic and analytical planning. She is licensed in Health, Accident, and Life, with a Cornell DEI certificate. Carol-Anne brings a unique perspective to consulting with her analytics background. You will find her running quarterly medical and dental report meetings, clinical reviews, and ad-hoc requests. Sher works tirelessly to extract the data required to tell your claims story, offer creative solutions, and negotiate fair renewals. Carol-Anne graduated cum laude from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance. She is licensed in Accident, Life, and Health.
